Italian director Pif, born Pierfrancesco Diliberto in 1972 in Palermo, Sicily, Italy, began his active filmmaking years in the late 2000s. Best known for his comedic and satirical approach to filmmaking, Pif’s most famous works include "The Mafia Kills Only in Summer" (2013) and "In War for Love" (2016), for which he has received numerous awards including the “David di Donatello” for Best New Director.
