It is finally Michelle's Flintstones themed fifth birthday party. D.J. dresses up as Wilma. Stephanie dresses up as Betty. Danny dresses up as Dino. Jesse dresses up as Fred. Joey dresses up as Barney. Comet has a dinosaur costume on. The kids dress up as cave people. Just as Jesse plans to go downstairs to celebrate Michelle's birthday, Becky goes into labor and he gets sick, but he soon learns that he has appendicitis. Michelle has to cut her birthday short, but she doesn't mind because her new twin cousins, Nicky and Alex, get to share it with her. She especially can't wait because triple the birthday means triple the cake.
