Matt goes on a date with Jeffrey Lindley, who later tells him that he's a Navy Lieutenant and has not come out of the closet yet. Meanwhile, Jo becomes jealous when Reed asks Amanda to help him buy a yacht for his fishing charter business. Billy's co-worker, Celia, moves in with him and Alison while her apartment is being fumigated. At the same time, she and Billy are in an editing contest at work to get a promotion.
